PRINTING AND GARMENTS

We use high quality inks and fabrics to ensure a comfortable and long lasting product. Due to our printing process some colors appear slightly different than they do on your display.

PROCESSING/DELIVERY/SHIPPING

We know you are excited to receive your order and we are just as excited to get it to you. However, we print each product to order so please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship your item(s). If for some reason there are delays processing your order we will contact you.

For international orders please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees.

Nerdy is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Nerdy is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping company.

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

QUALITY AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure the quality and integrity of the garment, we suggest washing them on machine wash cold. To preserve the print as long as possible we suggest washing the garment inside out ( with the printed side in ). Low heat or hang to dry.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We realize that you make choices in the buying process and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns/exchanges can be necessary and we will do our best to meet reasonable expectations when those situations arise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns on a per item basis. There are varying restocking and service fees. If you wish to make a return please contact us to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
